Zellin's Nightmare World was a narrative game published in Doctor Who The Official Annual 2021. Like all the games in the book save for Colour Chameleon, it tied in with a specific episode of series 12 of Doctor Who, namely Can You Hear Me?.

Zellin taunts you by explaining that after he visited your dream, he altered your memory of them slightly. Presenting you with two nearly-identical memories of the Thirteenth Doctor, Yaz and Ryan, he demands that you find the seven differences between them.
