The Fourth Doctor asked an English shopkeeper at J. Grubb General Store if he accepted Zaggan pound notes to buy provisions and jelly babies with. He said they were "a little on the slimy side, but absolutely inflation-proof!" (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Iron Legion)
