Yquatine was a planet in the Minerva system. Its elliptical orbit gave it long summers and short winters. A year on Yquatine lasted four hundred seventeen days, divided into ten months of roughly forty-two days each. Muath was the moon of Yquatine. It was described by Fitz Kreiner as a "blue-green pearl".
The colony ship Minerva landed on Yquatine in 2893. Julian de Yquatine founded the colony.
Arielle Markhof went to Yquatine to study. She attended the Treaty Day celebrations. There she met Stefan Vargeld, the president of Yquatine.
