In 1965, the First Doctor and Dodo tried to take a taxi to Battery Park via the World Trade Center. The driver did not know where the latter was and the Doctor realised it would only be constructed five years later. (PROSE: Salvation [+]Steve Lyons, BBC Past Doctor Adventures (BBC Books, 1999).)
