Windy Miller was a resident of Camberwick Green who was once present outside a windmill.
Biography[]
Windy Miller was just outside the windmill, holding a bag, when a young boy walked through while reciting the story of a broadcasting corporation. Recognising him, the boy pointed and remarked "That's Windy Miller!" before walking away. (TV: Future Generations [+]Children in Need (BBC1, 1998).)
