Wiltshire

The county was the location of the Hubway, regulating internet traffic throughout Europe (PROSE: System Shock) UNIT received UFO reports from that county. (PROSE: The Devil Goblins from Neptune)

Some time prior to 102 AD, the alliance of Daleks, Sontarans, Cybermen and other races opposed to the Doctor buried the Pandorica, a trap for him, beneath Wiltshire at Stonehenge. (TV: The Pandorica Opens)

Behind the scenes[]

The Doctor Who Exhibition Longleat, open 1973–2003, was located at Longleat House, in Warminster, Wiltshire.

Wiltshire was also the birth place of John Franklyn-Robbins, who played the unnamed Time Lord at the start of the first episode of Genesis of the Daleks.
