Wilhelm II

Wilhelm II, also known as Willy to his royal relatives, was the Kaiser of Germany during World War I.

In 1903, after receiving a wealth of information from the future, Grigori Rasputin foresaw the Kaiser's role in the First World War. (AUDIO: The Wanderer)

In 1915, John Watson stubbornly refused to evacuate to the country. He stated that his reason for doing so was "a stubbornness born of an unwillingness to allow the devilish Kaiser Wilhelm to unseat me from my home". (PROSE: The Spirit Box [+]George Mann, Sherlock Holmes (Titan Publishing Group, 2014). Chapter 1; Page 10.)

It was during the Kaiser's reign that the Institute of Alien Technology was founded. (AUDIO: The Dying Room)

After the Eighth Doctor told Molly O'Sullivan about the Daleks' aggressive nature, she compared them to the Kaiser. (AUDIO: Fugitives)

The Kaiser Wilhelm Institute was named after him. (AUDIO: The Alchemists)
