Professor Wilberforce was a human professor and an ethnobotanist. He was taken over by the Rutan virus. He was also in charge of the Chelsea 426 flower show. He attempted to infect all guests with the Rutan virus. This failed though and the Sontarans invaded. He was arrested by the Sontarans but was probably cured of the virus.
