Who Killed Death? was a Burke's Law comic printed in TV Century 21 in 1965.
The story crossed over with the Doctor Who universe by marking the reappearance of the titular character Irvin Death, who had debuted in the Dalek short story Daleks Suffer Heavy Losses!.

Worldbuilding[]
- Death describes himself as an astrologer and fortune teller. He requests police protection after peering into the future and seeing his own death.
- Miss Lister drinks English tea and watches American television. After hearing that Death was shot at by machine guns, she finds it exciting as she has often watched gangsters using them.
- Merlin is full of regret. He believes the town is getting overrun with seers.
- Charles the Great suggests to Amos that the shooting was a publicity stunt.
- Charles the Great is the only one of the three suspects to refer to fortune-telling as a performance.
- Charles the Great says he has been a magician, illusionist, thought-reader, and has sawn girls in half, before announcing that he would "chop a cop".
- Amos defines Burke's law as ensuring one has a future before going into the future business.

- The titular character is, fittingly, only referred to as "Death" in this story. He is given the full name "Irvin Death" in Daleks Suffer Heavy Losses!.
