Vorac was a Time Rider.
Once, while he was riding the time winds of the Vortex with others of his species, they encountered an undercurrent which threw Vorac into the path of the Doctor's TARDIS. He was rescued by Jamie McCrimmon and Zoe Heriot, who brought him into the TARDIS and helped him get back to his people. (PROSE: Undercurrents)
