A visitor from the Ice Colonies was one of several investors who presented their prototype product on an episode of Melanie Bush's 24 Carat television series in the hopes of winning a partnership with her 24 Carat organisation.
In the episode, the visitor showcased his patented Mr Melty Face Peel, a beauty product which which he claimed was "guaranteed to strip away the ravages of time." Mel would ultimately decline this proposal, and was similarly unimpressed by the visitors range of "lifelike" ice sculptures which barely resembled the individuals they were supposedly based on. Behind the scenes[]
- Edward Peel, who played the visitor, had previously played Kane in Dragonfire, with Pete McTighe, the writer of 24 Carat, claiming in an article in DWM 561 that the visitor was Kane's twin brother.
