Victor de Santos

Victor de Santos was a loups-garoux, a type of Earth-bound werewolf. He was the son of Ileana de Santos. He was constantly stuck in his wolf form until the Fifth Doctor aided him in 2080. (AUDIO: Loups-Garoux)
