A vicar was a religious leader in Christian churches in England. Their accommodations were known as "vicarages". (COMIC: The Vortex) They could be either male or female, (TV: The Family of Blood) and tended to ordinarily wear black garments set off by a white collar. (TV: The Unicorn and the Wasp) Frobisher once went undercover as a vicar, but found that he was allergic to the collars. (AUDIO: The Holy Terror)
