Vakrass was the last of the Death Lords. He vowed war on the universe after being kept alive. He thought that Love was a virus and wanted to spread it through the universe. His war was doing one good dead after each other until the universe was destroyed. His base of operations was near the lost moon of Botoya. Seeing a devastation above it he went to the Time Lords to find a way to sort it out. To stop Gostak, he gathered the Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Doctors, as well as Vislor Turlough, Constance Clarke and Charlotte Pollard. (AUDIO: The End of the Beginning)
