The fourth and last untitled game in Terry Nation's Dalek Special once again cast the player as a companion of the Doctor (not identified as a specific incarnation) as the framing of a spot-the-difference game between two pictures. Due to the aforementioned fourth-wall-break, it is not currently considered a valid source on this Wiki.

- The two nigh-identical pictures depict a duo of Daleks opening fire on a machine and a rock respectively, standing in front of a huge Dalek-shaped building.

- A Dalek-shaped skyscraper on a Dalek-controlled world is a visual which would recur decades later in the TV series proper in the opening to Asylum of the Daleks.
