Tucker was a Hollywood producer who was obsessed with secret societies. At the advice of A-C Kincaid he created a sequel to Starpocalypse in order to get the Faction's attention. However, since this was a movie they were using as a weapon in their War, it drew their ire, leading to him both being inducted as a Little Brother and imprisoned in The Boulevard. (PROSE: The Fixer)
