Trevor was a former policeman who served as senior night-watchman at the MegaTech Centre in London in the early 21st century.
Early one morning in the 2000s,[nb 1] two Pete's World Cybermen transported inside the Centre with the aim of stealing the electronics equipment there. Both Trevor and his assistant, Kevin, attempted to stop the Cybermen, but they were killed. (PROSE: Made of Steel)

A newspaper clipping in PROSE: The Secret Lives of Monsters places Smith and Jones on a Sunday 4 June, thus placing the Toclafane invasion on Friday 9 June. In the real world, these dates do not fall on a Sunday and Friday in either 2007 or 2008.
