The trap street was a hidden location in London with a misdirection circuit in it, which made human eyes simply skate right over it. In reality, it was an alien refugee camp, led by Ashildr now known as Mayor Me. The town had a strict law system, one that was upheld by the deadly Quantum Shade and its use of chronolocks.
