Torcs were neck or head ornamental jewellery.
The Huducts used torcs to control the Anubians. After K9 freed the Anubians from slavery, the Anubians reverse-engineered the torcs and, in turn, enslaved the Huducts. The Anubians then enslaved Aeolians, Sea Devils, Jixen, Mandrels, Green Aliens and Alpha Centaurans. (TV: Curse of Anubis)
