Tin-Tin, also spelled Tin Tin, was a member of International Rescue.
During the heat crisis of 2066, after his meeting with World President Nikita Bandranaik, she was told by Jeff Tracy to get Brains and Alan back to Earth from Thunderbird 5 so that they could prepare for their mission to the Sun. Tin-Tin once informed Jeff of Scott's impending return to Tracy Island in Thunderbird 1. When contact was lost with Thunderbird 3 when it crash-landed on Venus, Tin-Tin helped Virgil to fit booster reactors to Thunderbird 2 before he set off on his rescue mission. (COMIC: Solar Danger)
