Biography[]

In an account dated to January 1965, Tin-Tin observed that Brains was upset after Alan ruined one of his experiments by jumping in the swimming pool. She later brought Jeff Tracy some coffee while they were waiting for news of the rescue operation and was with him as Lady Penelope was attempting to make contact with Tracy Island using her transmitter. (TV: The Man from MI.5)
During the heat crisis of 2066, after his meeting with World President Nikita Bandranaik, she was told by Jeff to get Brains and Alan back to Earth from Thunderbird 5 so that they could prepare for their mission to the Sun. Tin-Tin once informed Jeff of Scott's impending return to Tracy Island in Thunderbird 1. When contact was lost with Thunderbird 3 after it crash-landed on Venus, Tin-Tin helped Virgil to fit booster reactors to Thunderbird 2 before he set off on his rescue mission. (COMIC: Solar Danger)
In 2069, Tin-Tin was present at an auction house in Paris for the selling of several art objects from the estate of a deceased collector, among which was a film cannister depicting International Rescue in action. She was seen in conversation with Lady Penelope before proceedings began. As TV 21 went to press, Tin-Tin was the highest bidder. (PROSE: Thunderbirds Film for Sale!)
Behind the scenes[]
Tin-Tin originates from the television series Thunderbirds where she was played by Christine Finn in thirty episodes of the thirty-two episode run, as well as both films. This included The Man from MI.5 which was a crossover with the Doctor Who universe.
Due to copyright problems with The Adventures of Tintin for the remake series Thunderbirds Are Go, the character's name was changed to Tanusha "Kayo" Kyrano. This incarnation of the character was voiced by Angel Coulby.
