Timothy Charles Robert Noel "Tim" Bentinck, 12th Earl of Portland (born 1 June 1953[1]) voiced the Monks in Extremis and The Pyramid at the End of the World and a number of characters for Big Finish Productions.
He also doubled for the Fourth Doctor in the 2017 version of Shada, which was used as a reference point for the animated scenes.
He is the 12th Earl of Portland. After Floella Benjamin, who is a Liberal Democrat life peer, he is the second British peer to appear in a Doctor Who production.
