Thirteenth Vexillatio

The Thirteenth Vexillatio were a squad of Time Lord soldiers during the Last Great Time War. They were considered by the War Doctor to be "the best of our best". They were incinerated by an attack by the Cyclors from half a galaxy away. (COMIC: The Organ Grinder)
