This page lists appearances of the Renegade Time Lord known in their eleventh incarnation as the Eleven in the order in which they experienced them. This timeline is based upon observations of the Doctor Who universe and the events that occur during each of these stories.

- The Eight regenerates into the Nine.
The Nine[]
A new body[]
- Post-regeneration, the Nine briefly poses as a new incarnation of the Doctor.
- Set immediately after The Crucible of Souls. The Nine is newly regenerated.
- The Nine is still imprisoned following Companion Piece and he still has River Song's Vortex Manipulator.
Travels with Thana[]
- The Nine begins travelling with an Abway called Thana.
- The Nine is travelling with Thana, setting this after Relative Time. Thana leaves his company.
- The Nine regenerates into The Ten.
The Eleven[]
- The Eleven regenerates from the Ten.
Ruling over Molaruss[]
- The Eleven is married to Miskavel and encounters the Sixth Doctor and Constance Clarke.
Working with the Vulpreen[]
- (FLASHBACK)
- Hasper traps the Eleven in the void world between Earth and the Vulpreen homeworld. (AUDIO: The Man From Gallifrey)
- The Eleven is taken into custody by UNIT.
- Three months have passed since The Curator's Gambit. Hasper removes The Eleven from UNIT confinement in the hopes of bringing him back to Gallifrey.

- Missy puts the Eleven "somewhere interesting", outside of normal space and time. The Eleven is "very cross" about it. (AUDIO: True Nemesis)
Imprisoned on Gallifrey[]
- The Eleven is captured by the Seventh Doctor and Ace.
- Caleera's flashbacks to meeting the Eleven while he's imprisoned.
- The Eleven escapes.
Joining the Doom Coalition[]
Running from the Ravenous[]
- The Eleven agrees to join the TARDIS crew in order to escape the Ravenous.
- The Eleven is killed by three incarnations of The Master and regenerates into the Twelve.
The Twelve[]
- Ending leads directly into In the Garden of Death.
- Ending leads directly into Jonah.
- Begins shortly after Jonah with the Twelve being imprisoned in the Omega Arsenal following the Uzmal incident.
The Union[]
- During the Time War, an incarnation of the Renegade builds a space station called the Diamond Array and uses it to generate degeneration energy and keep her other incarnations at bay, allowing her to be free of her regenerative dissonance while within the confines of the station. She kidnaps various Time Lords, such as the Master, the Monk and the Corsair to experiment upon them with degeneration technology. When the War Doctor arrives to rescue the Monk, she shoots him with a degeneration gun. He later returns allied with Susan Foreman and River Song and destroys the Diamond Array.
