This page lists every Multi-Doctor story in which two or more incarnations meet or appear in close proximity to each other in the order in which each incarnation of the Doctor experienced them, with an analysis of their state in the memories of the Doctor and any other applicable individuals.

Stories in bold indicate that the incarnation being focused on is the most recent incarnation in that story.

Timeline

First Doctor

As a young boy, the First Doctor weeps in the barn on Gallifrey when he is comforted by a "kind stranger" who arrived in the TARDIS, where the Twelfth Doctor is unconscious.
During the events of An Unearthly Child, the First Doctor meets the Eighth Doctor, who has travelled back in time to make telepathic contact with his past self in order to regain his memories. Unlike other Multi-Doctor Events, the First Doctor remember this encounter and so each of his next six incarnations will recognise the Eighth Doctor when he comes for their memories.
The First Doctor is summoned by the Time Lords to assist the Second and Third Doctors in their battle with Omega, but becomes trapped in a time eddy. in The Empire of Glass, set shortly afterwards, the First Doctor is vaguely able to recall having met "a dandy and a clown".
The First Doctor is kidnapped to play the Game of Rassilon in the Death Zone alongside his second, third and fifth incarnations.
The First Doctor and his three immediate successors form a band, only to fall out after arguing over who gets to be the drummer.
to be added
The First Doctor invites his seven immediate successors to Christmas dinner.
The First Doctor teams up with his other selves to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War.
Set during the end of The Tenth Planet, the First Doctor, adamant that he does not want to change, holds off his regeneration long enough to meet the Twelfth Doctor. The First Doctor learns about a significant amount of his future, and also meets an manifestation of future companion Bill Potts. He ultimately goes through with his regeneration with the knowledge that his future is in safe hands, with his memories of the encounter supposedly dying with his old body.

Second Doctor

The Second Doctor teams up with his other selves to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War.
The Second Doctor is summoned by the Time Lords to assist the Third Doctor in the battle with Omega, in which they prevail despite a difficult relationship. Afterwards, he recalled how he "[met] [him]self with another face", (PROSE: Goodbyes) and that his "replacement" was "unpromising", (TV: The Five Doctors) as well as that he had promised to replace his recorder. (WC: Doctors Assemble!)
During the events of The War Games, the Second Doctor meets the Eighth Doctor, who has travelled back in time to make telepathic contact with his past self in order to regain his memories. The Second Doctor recognises his future self, remembering when he came for his memory as the First Doctor.
"Bending" the Laws of Time, the Second Doctor reunites with an older Brigadier and clearly recalls The Three Doctors, refering to both Omega and his "replacement". Together, they are kidnapped to play the Game of Rassilon in the Death Zone alongside the Doctor's first, third and fifth incarnations.

Third Doctor

Immediately after the events of The Sea Devils, the Third Doctor meets the Eighth Doctor, who has travelled back in time to make telepathic contact with his past self in order to regain his memories. The Third Doctor recognises his future self, remembering when he came for the memories of his first two incarnations.
The Doctor teams up with his two predecessors to battle Omega.
The Third Doctor is pulled into the events of The Christmas Invasion, where he searches for the Master while the Tenth Doctor is aboard the Sycorax ship. He meets Jackie Tyler, learns that he is destined to take on a "Rose" and a "Mickey" as companions, that Harriet Jones is to be the Prime Minister by 2006 and, although they do not meet, indirectly aides his successor in completing his recent regeneration. The Doctor does not appear to retain this information, not recognising Rose, Mickey, or Jackie upon their first proper meeting in Rose, nor Harriet in Aliens of London, and with the Tenth Doctor believing the vapour from some tea that Rose and Mickey had spilt in the TARDIS to be the key to his recovery.
The Third Doctor and Jo receive assistance in defending a submarine from Sea Devils by a crewman who, unbeknownst to them, is actually the Fourth Doctor.
The Third Doctor teams up with his other selves to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War.
The Third Doctor is kidnapped to play the Game of Rassilon in the Death Zone alongside his second, third and fifth incarnations. He reunites with an older version of Sarah Jane Smith, his last companion. Recalling his "change", Sarah Jane describes the Fourth Doctor with gestures which the Third Doctor reads as "teeth and curls".

Fourth Doctor

The Fourth Doctor assists the Third Doctor and Jo Grant in defending a submarine from Sea Devils. Unlike most other Multi-Doctor Events, the Fourth Doctor keeps his identity a secret from his past self.
The Fourth Doctor teams up with his other selves to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War.
During the events of State of Decay, the Fourth Doctor meets the Eighth Doctor, who has travelled back in time to make telepathic contact with his past self in order to regain his memories.

Fifth Doctor

The Fifth Doctor teams up with his other selves to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War.
The Fifth and Tenth Doctors come face to face when their TARDISes collide. The Fifth Doctor represses his memory of the event, but is later able to recall watching himself prevent the ensuing paradox, which the Tenth Doctor takes advantage of.
Immediately after the events of The Five Doctors, the Fifth Doctor meets the Eighth Doctor, who has travelled back in time to make telepathic contact with his past self in order to regain his memories. The Fifth Doctor recognises his future self, remembering when he came for the memories of each of his first four incarnations.

Sixth Doctor

Immediately after the events of Terror of the Vervoids, the Sixth Doctor meets the Eighth Doctor, who has travelled back in time to make telepathic contact with his past self in order to regain his memories. The Sixth Doctor recognises his future self, remembering when he came for the memories of each of his first five incarnations.

Seventh Doctor

The Seventh Doctor teams up with his other selves to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War. Oddly, he retains some recollection of the event, mentioning it during a conversation with the Fifth Doctor in Cold Fusion.
The Seventh Doctor meets the Fifth Doctor.
The Seventh Doctor and Ace meet an unspecified future incarnation of himself, and his companion Ria, at Bonjaxx's birthday party.
Travelling back through his timeline on a quest for the Key to Time with Ace and Bernice Summerfield, the Seventh Doctor converses with the Sixth Doctor and later saves the First Doctor from an Imperial Dalek. Benny encounters the Second and Fourth, while Ace meets the Third and Fifth Doctors.
Towards the end of his life, the Seventh Doctor meets the Eighth Doctor, who has travelled back in time to make telepathic contact with his past self in order to regain his memories. The Seventh Doctor recognises his future self, remembering when he came for the memories of each of his first six incarnations.

Eighth Doctor

Shortly following his regeneration, the Eighth Doctor travels back through his own timeline. Starting with the First Doctor and proceeding onwards, he meets each of his first seven incarnations to regain his memories via telepathic contact. At the end of this journey, the Doctor learns from Rassilon that he had been guiding the Doctor's journeys to make some changes to the pattern of history.
The Eighth Doctor teams up with his other selves to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War.

War Doctor

On the "last day" of Last Great Time War, the War Doctor is prepared to use the Moment to end the war but the Moment, who appears in the form of "Bad Wolf girl" Rose Tyler, brings him into contact with the Tenth and Eleventh Doctor as well as the latter's companion, Clara Oswald. Together, the three Doctors decide on an alternative and join with their other incarnations to save Gallifrey. The Eleventh Doctor confirms to the War Doctor that he will not remember this encounter and that he did not destroy Gallifrey. Returning to his TARDIS, the aging War Doctor regenerates into Ninth Doctor, who will later meet and travel with Rose Tyler.

Ninth Doctor

The Ninth Doctor teams up with his other selves to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War. Indeed, this incarnation's fresh guilt at his previously-assumed actions are temporarily alleviated, but ultimately forgotten.
The Ninth Doctor entertains Rose at a Paris cafe, unaware that he is being observed by his tenth, eleventh and twelfth incarnations nearby.
The Ninth Doctor teams up with his eight numbered predecessors and two immediate successors to defeat the Master and Adam Mitchell. He also encounters a multitude of future companions.

Tenth Doctor

Set during The Christmas Invasion, the Tenth Doctor recovers from his recent regeneration by unknowingly syphoning regenerative energy from a nearby Third Doctor. The Tenth Doctor believes his recovery to be an affect of the vapour from some tea that Rose and Mickey had spilt.
The Tenth Doctor teams up with his nine numbered predecessors and his immediate successor to defeat the Master and Adam Mitchell. He also encounters future companions such as Amy Pond and Clara Oswald.
The Tenth Doctor encounters the Thirteenth Doctor, alongside future companions Yaz, Ryan and Graham, during the events of Blink. The Thirteenth Doctor confirms within the same story that she does not remember the encounter previously occurring.
The Tenth and Fifth Doctors come face to face when their TARDISes collide. The Tenth Doctor is able to prevent the ensuing paradox when he recalls the repressed memory from his Fifth incarnation of watching himself do it.
The Tenth Doctor meets the Fourth Doctor at the Cathedral of Contemplation.
The Tenth Doctor directly encounters his war and eleventh incarnations, who later all team up with their other incarnations to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War. He also meets Kate Stewart, and future companion Clara Oswald. The Tenth Doctor temporarily becomes aware of the truth as to what happened at the end of the war, and reevaluates his opinion of the War Doctor. As his immediate successor affirmed, the Tenth Doctor would lose his memory of these events due to the de-synched time streams. Nonetheless, he would still remember marrying Queen Elizabeth in The End of Time.

Eleventh Doctor

The Eleventh Doctor meets his immediate predecessor and immediate successor, who all team up to prevent a bad alternate timeline. He encounters near-future companion Clara Oswald. Whilst the Doctor does not remember the encounter, his companion Alice Obiefune allegedly does.
On 31 October 1892, the retired Eleventh Doctor meets the Fifth Doctor.
On 26 November 1892, the retired Eleventh Doctor, who believes he is the "last Doctor", meets the Twelfth Doctor. The Eleventh Doctor's memory of this encounter is erased, thus he continues to believe he is in his last body until he is enabled to regenerate again in The Time of the Doctor.
Both the Eleventh and First Doctor are invited to a fake Time Conference on Refkeet Nine. The Eleventh Doctor sees that his predecessor is there, and keeps out of his way.
The Eleventh Doctor teams up with all of his numbered predecessors to defeat the Master and Adam Mitchell. Being the most recent incarnation involved, the Eleventh Doctor finally retains his memory of the event and, from this point onward, permanently considers Adam as "a companion true".
The Eleventh Doctor encounters his tenth and war incarnations...
The three of them go on to team up with their predecessors to save Gallifrey at the end of the Time War. They are also, unbeknownst to them, being aided by the Twelfth Doctor.
Shortly after parting company from his two predecessors, the Eleventh Doctor meets the Curator in the Under Gallery, who all but confirms to him that their attempts to save Gallifrey were successful. The Eleventh Doctor supposedly comes away from the encounter with no memory of it, but "with the strange, groundless conviction that Gallifrey is still out there".[1]
Set during the ending of The Time of the Doctor, the Eleventh Doctor, shortly before his regeneration, calls Clara Oswald in the near future to convince her to stay with his successor. Said successor is waiting for Clara nearby, allowing the conversation to play out, aware that his predecessor is on the other end. The Eleventh Doctor briefly learns through this exchange, to his chagrin, that his next incarnation is "old".

Twelfth Doctor

The Twelfth Doctor lends his aide to his predecessors efforts to save Gallifrey at the end of the Last Great Time War. His predecessors are seemingly unaware of his involvement.
The Twelfth Doctor stands nearby as Clara Oswald receives the phone call from the Eleventh Doctor during the events of The Time of the Doctor.
The TARDIS lands in the barn on Gallifrey. While the Twelfth Doctor is unconscious, Clara steps out and finds the young First Doctor weeping. After comforting the boy, Clara returns to the TARDIS and has the Doctor promise to leave and never look into where they had been.
The Twelfth Doctor teams up with his two immediate predecessors to prevent a bad alternate timeline. Curiously, despite being the most recent incarnation among the meeting, both the Twelfth Doctor and his companion, Clara Oswald, forget most of the adventure.
The Twelfth Doctor takes part in a conversation, set up by the Fourth Doctor, with all of his predecessors and immediate successor via the TARDIS telepathic circuits.
During his time at St Luke's University, the Twelfth Doctor meets the Eleventh Doctor.
Mortally wounded following a battle with the Mondasian Cybermen, the Twelfth Doctor attempts to resist regenerating when he is brought into contact with his dying first incarnation as well as manifestations of his recent companions, convincing him to accept his regeneration into the Thirteenth Doctor.

Thirteenth Doctor

The Thirteenth Doctor encounters an unknown incarnation of herself who had been living under the Chameleon Arch identity of "Ruth Clayton". She has no recollection of this incarnation, but nonetheless identifies her as being in her past. The fact that the Doctor retains her memory of "Ruth" in following stories reinforces this notion.
The Thirteenth Doctor encounters the Tenth Doctor during the events of Blink.
The Thirteenth Doctor helps the Tenth Doctor escape from Skaro.
The Thirteenth Doctor visits the Fourth Doctor in the pocket dimension controlled by the Scratchman to encourage him to hold onto his true identity against the Scratchman's power. She later visits him directly to muse on how important it is to be the Doctor.
The Thirteenth Doctor takes part in a conversation, set up by the Fourth Doctor, with all of her predecessors via the TARDIS telepathic circuits.

The Future

An unspecified future Doctor and his companion Ria meet the Seventh Doctor and Ace at Bonjaxx's birthday party.
The Curator meets the Eleventh Doctor in the Under Gallery, all but confirming to him that their attempts to save Gallifrey were successful.
