IndexTimey-wimey detector → Timeline - Dr. Who (Dr. Who and the Daleks)
Spoilers are strongly policed here.
If this thread's title doesn't specify it's spoilery, don't bring any up.

This page lists appearances of the human time traveller Dr. Who in the order in which he experienced them. This timeline is based upon observations of the continuity started in the 1960s movies Dr. Who and the Daleks and Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. and the events that occur during each of these stories. From these observations we have attempted to build a concise timeline. It is assumed that for each novel, comic, audio or television series, their published, broadcast or numbered order is the order they occur in.

Fan sources like the Doctor Who Reference Guide should not be used solely as a source or considered a "true" timeline for stories.

Note that this wiki does not consider these movies or related media a part of the DWU, and only "counts" the source material of the television serials The Daleks and The Dalek Invasion of Earth.

Timeline

The Doctor constructs Dr. Who and Susan to serve as a distration for the Five O'Clock Shadow
Strongly implied to be not long after Dr. Who and the Daleks, as Susan comments that Ian was a silly gladiator in their last adventure. Barbara is still travelling with the others, setting this before Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.
After Dr. Who and the Daleks, as Louise is now travelling with Dr. Who.
After Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D., as Louise is not surprised by the Daleks. The Daleks are also now familiar with existence of Dr. Who and interrogate Louise to find out information about TARDIS.[1]

Footnotes

  1. Note that this story was INTENDED to directly lead into Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D., however various continuity issues make its more likely placement here, and one can from there easily imagine that this adventure actually leads into some other attempted Earth invasion that was thwarted off-screen.
