Worldbuilding[]

The Temporal Eradicator was a Dalek time engineer that became fractured across the Time Vortex, requiring a vortex stabiliser, but it constantly fades in and out of existence.
The Eradicator travels along timelines and assassinates over 100 individuals who would've caused Dalek defeats.
The Eradicator is kept within a time chamber where it finds time traces and sees alternate timelines. The War Doctor describes it as feeling "wrong."
The War Doctor removes the Eradicator's stabeliser, dispersing it across the Vortex before activating it's self-destruct so that it never existed.
