The Radio Waves was a short story published in Doctor Who Annual 1986. It featured the Sixth Doctor and Peri. It is notable for being the last story featured in the original series of annuals and for featuring a unique incarnation of the Master in its illustrations, later described as "a generic Master" by The Essential Doctor Who #4, dedicated to the Master as a whole. The same Master also appeared in PROSE: The Fellowship of Quan earlier in the annual.
