The Pugilist was a vigilante in Victorian London. In reality, it was a robot from Jalxar called a Justician. It was programmed to uphold the laws of whatever planet it was on. When the ship it was on crashed, the robot was found and repaired using the technology available at the time. (AUDIO: The Justice of Jalxar)
