The Lady in the Lake was the first full cast audio story in the third series of The Diary of River Song, released in January 2018 by Big Finish Productions.

Continuity
- River is offered the chance to end her life in a simulation where she heroically sacrifices herself for the love of her life, but she says she would never do that. However, in her future she does die saving an incarnation of her husband and the people uploaded to The Library. (TV: Forest of the Dead)
