The Fabulous, Fantastic Gallery of Characters That Nearly Made It Into Closing Time but Didn't for Some Reason (short story)
Talk about it here.
The Fantastic, Fabulous Gallery of Characters That Nearly Made It Into Closing Time but Didn't for Some Reason, titled Who Isn't Who on the contents page, was a short story published in October 2011 in The Brilliant Book 2012.
Despite the title, the story mostly did not actually refer to the episode Closing Time in a fourth-wall-breaking way, with the Doctor's narration simply describing people from Craig Owens' life who failed to be involved in Craig and the Doctor's adventure fighting the Cybermen.
