The Doctors React to 'Legend of the Sea Devils' was a short, fourth-wall-breaking webcast showing previous incarnations of the Doctor commenting on scenes from the then recently-released Thirteenth Doctor TV special Legend of the Sea Devils, in the style of a fan YouTube reaction video. Their comments were created via carefully-edited archive footage from their TV eras rather than newly-recorded material.

The idea that the Doctor's past selves exist within their mind, able to comment on their current incarnation's adventures, had previously been explored more seriously in stories such as The Room With No Doors and The Scarlet Empress.
The short was released on Twitter on 20 April and on YouTube the next day.
