Ninth Doctor 3 (The Tomorrow Windows), as this is one of several possible Ninth Doctors listed in The Tomorrow Windows.
Talk about it here.
It should be relocated at Ninth Doctor (The Curse of Fatal Death) because The Curse of Fatal Death should in fact be considered valid, in which case we could self-evidently identify this man as the Rowan Atkinson Doctor. The place to discuss said proposed revalidation (and by extension the renaming) is Thread:270437.

An incarnation of the Doctor was glimpsed when the Eighth Doctor looked into the Tomorrow Windows. The Eighth Doctor described him and his female companion as "a listless-looking man [who] sat on a sofa beside a girl in a red dress in an unconvincing medieval dungeon". (PROSE: The Tomorrow Windows)
Behind the scenes
- This is a clear reference to Rowan Atkinson's Ninth Doctor from The Curse of Fatal Death; his companion in the red dress is Emma.
- Similarly, in PROSE: The Gallifrey Chronicles, there is a passing reference to the Doctor having "three ninth incarnations", which was intended to refer to
- the Ninth Doctor played by Christopher Eccleston in the BBC Wales Doctor Who series;
- this Ninth Doctor played by Rowan Atkinson; and
- the Ninth Doctor played by Richard E Grant in the Scream of the Shalka webcast.
- In the Instagram release of Russell T Davies' short story Doctor Who and the Time War, he liked a comment suggesting that, as the Ninth Doctor in that story was not explicitly identified, it could be any of the Doctor's ninth incarnations, including Rowan Atkinson's, but since this wiki does not consider Fatal Death parody valid it would be more correct to refer this version.
