Her true name, Cupida Hartnell, was not revealed until the release of the short story Genesis of the Cupids which postdated her mention in Resurrection of the Author [+]Aristide Twain, The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids crossover fiction (Goblin Studios, 2021). by a little over a month. She was likely named in reference to William Hartnell who originated the character of the Doctor.
