Lieutenant Terry Cutler was an astronaut who volunteered for the mission to rescue Glyn Williams and Dan Schultz aboard the Zeus IV. However, by the time he launched in December 1986, the ship had already been lost. He had to wait out the Cyberman crisis in orbit aboard the Zeus V until he could return to Earth again.
