Terrance (also known as Terry) was a police officer in 1950s London. He and his boyfriend were acquainted with Norton Folgate, with whom they once shared a "golden afternoon".
Terrance denied Lizbeth Hayhoe entry to 10 Downing Street due to her having an expired pass but, when Norton arrived and mentioned the negatives that he had of photographs taken during their afternoon together, he let them in. (AUDIO: Ashenden)
