Terra Omega was a human colony world in the 24th century, nearby to Terra Alpha.
After many long and bloody wars, an uneasy truce had been signed between the two planets, but many political commentators predicted that hostilities would restart. Andrew X wrote of the Alpha oppression and Omegan secret agents smuggled his work back to Terra Omega, where it was published anonymously in the weekly and monthly Omegan magazines before he was caught by an agent of the Happiness Patrol.
