Revision as of 10:18, 22 December 2019
Tenth Doctor comic stories had the unprecedented claim of appearing in no less than five regularly published titles: the long established Doctor Who Magazine, the more recently launched Doctor Who Adventures, aimed at a younger audience, the Doctor Who: Battles in Time magazine (a title used to support the sale of an expanding number of collectable trading cards, which accompanied the magazine or could be purchased separately), Doctor Who, a USA monthly title launched in 2009 by IDW Publishing, and Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor, a monthly title launched by Titan Comics after IDW lost the license to publish Doctor Who comics.
All of these regular comic strip adventures are supported by other comic strip appearances in the Doctor Who annuals and the Doctor Who Storybooks.
