Tandeeka was a Time Lord who fought in the Last Great Time War. After being injured in battle - she was aged several hundred years by a time distortion - Tandeeka was put in charge of No.24 Marigold Lane, a Research and Development Repository which housed, among other weapons, the Heavenly Paradigm.
During her time at No.24 Marigold Lane she encountered the War Master and Cole Jarnish. After drugging Cole, she threatened the Master with a staser, before he overcame her and tied her up. Shortly after, the Master activated the Heavenly Paradigm, which she attempted to stop, before she was shot. (AUDIO: The Heavenly Paradigm)
