Check needed by someone who's heard this story?

I haven't heard this one, but one canon detail in the continuity bit doesn't sit quite right with me - would someone who's heard it be able to double-check? It says that Romana refers to Narvin as a "CIA half-wit"...however, for one thing, Romana knows that Narvin is extremely intelligent (and acknowledges it), whereas she and others have referred to Narvin's predecessor (Vansell) as a "half-wit" numerous times before; and also, the CIA Coordinator at the time of Colin Baker's era would have been Vansell, not Narvin. Could someone check that it's Narvin who has been referred to by name there? Because if it's just a title, Coordinator, or "head of the CIA", or something, then it's probably Vansell instead. May I just point out that the two timelines are asynchronous, Romana (as President), Leela and Gallifrey in Big Finish Stories are synchronous with The Eighth Doctor, plus this would be set after Ascension or at least after Zagreus, as I assume Leela recognises Six so it would be Narvin not Vansell, as this is Part of the Gallifrey Series and Narvin is the CIA coordinator, and it could be set between A Blind Eye and Lies where Romana and Narvin haven't got to know each other as much. So do you have any input, based on your knowledge of the stories, on whether the "Narvin as a CIA half-wit" is correct or not? Thanks. Shambala108 21:58, February 10, 2015 (UTC)
Depends on when it's set, need to relisten to the story then to be completely sure, but Romana would still insult Narvin even if he's intelligent Adric♥NyssaTalk? 22:54, February 10, 2015 (UTC)
Romana responds to the name Narvin by calling him a "CIA halfwit". No other interpretations are possible. RogerAckroydLives 01:12, January 9, 2016 (UTC)
