Rename[]

So, I can do this if people are okay with it, but it seems like the only title of this story is Dr. Who. Should the title just be "Dr. Who (short story)?" Steed 04:16, December 29, 2015 (UTC)

Actually, there's no period and every letter except 'r' is uppercase, so the title is really Dr WHO. I can copy everything to "Dr WHO (short story)" and give "Milena (short story)" a redirect. Is this okay? Steed 04:03, January 12, 2016 (UTC)
Just wait until there's been some consensus here. Only an admin may rename a page, and I could easily change links by bot if that's the decision we've come to.
Gimme a minute, and I'll try to figure out what the situation is here.

Milena title

The title illustration.

So the current title of Milena is totally conjectural. Typically, when a story has no clear title, we call it "Untitled". Then again, we do call the TV Movie "Doctor Who". Can you perhaps upload an image of where the title is given as "Dr WHO" so those of us participating can figure out what the case really is here?

Revisit[]

I'd like to bump this discussion. If we were to go with a variation on "Dr Who", how would we go about capitalising it? It may be stylised as "Dr WHO", but keep in mind that the other story is stylised "The SEA DEVIL". I wish I could see what the index looked like (assuming TVC annuals had indexes).

I honestly think your best bet is still Untitled. Most recent Rachael Smith stories have also been solely titled "Doctor Who," and Untitled seems to be how we go with those. I doubt heavily that the authorial intent was for 'Dr WHO' to be the title. It was probably just slapped on last minute to remind people what show the story was about. The TV movie was certainly meant to be called Doctor Who, meanwhile. OS25 (Talk) 23:37, March 19, 2017 (UTC)
I second the Untitled proposition. TV Comic Annuals were not solely devoted to Doctor Who. Thus, Doctor Who was a necessary description of the series/franchise the next comic story is going to be devoted to. As I expected, here you can see the same style of introduction for other franchises, including Star Trek and Dad's Army. Just for the record, the same issue includes a story The Sea Devil (comic story), printed earlier in the issue (starting at p.12 as opposed to this one at p.44), which is titled. However, my view of how they must have operated is that they needed to outline the TV programmes and often skipped inventing titles. This site clearly states that the story was untitled and claims that the title suggestion came from John Ainsworth. Amorkuz 16:41, November 7, 2017 (UTC)
