Appearance[]
I removed the following hidden note from the article and placed it here, where it will be more visible:
- Jay had died before the beginning of The Lost Boy, and so did not actually appear. Are we really counting his skin over the body of the Slitheen as an "appearance"?
Addressing the question, the page does not claim she appears in the episode. A character does not need an appearance to warrant a page. Shambala108 ☎ 04:22, August 28, 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry for any confusion made by that note. The intent was referring to the eìther the {{{only}}}}, {{{first}}} and/or {{{appearances}}} variable in the infobox, and why my edit removed the infobox entirely. Basically, the page USED TO insinuate that Jay Stafford appeared in TV: The Lost Boy by using an individuals infobox saying as such, but I removed it, replacing it with said note. If I wanted the page merged or deleted, then I understand the relevant maintenance template to use in that instance. -- Tybort (talk page) 13:06, August 28, 2013 (UTC)
- You can not see in the episode, that Jay Stafford was killed by the Slitheen, or that he even existed. That is just a conclusion, because Maria Jackson found a body that looked like the person that was supposed to be Jay Stafford. It is not mentioned in the episode if the human Jay Stafford really existed. That was just a conclusion, which appears to be wrong if you look at the novelisation. There additional details are given. Jay and Heidi Stafford are fictional characters, which were invented by Mr Smith to get close to Luke Smith. The skin suits that Bloorm Vungah Bart Slitheen and Dax Fex Fize Slitheen were wearing were those of Marco and June Goss. This even makes sense if you look at the TV series and ask yourself whey Korst Gogg Thek Lutiven-Day Slitheen used the body of Nathan Goss and what had happened to his family.
