- The whole of When to Die is stretched (see the infobox image for Brian Williams (When to Die) to see how badly) so I would support a new image from the YouTube video. -- Saxon (✉️) 15:10, June 8, 2020 (UTC)
- Problem is, while it's higher-quality footage, Shadows of Doubt also has a "webcam template" thingie overlaid over it the entire time. Giles is also facing the camera for most of it. The current image is far from ideal, but I'm not sure how the Wiki policy calculus works out between a somewhat distorted, low-quality image in the right pose and without any overlays, versus a non-distorted, higher-quality image that isn't facing in quite the right direction and has a slight overlay. --Scrooge MacDuck ☎ 15:15, June 8, 2020 (UTC)

- You might be onto something if the drawing had the character looking to the left, but he's also looking directly at the "camera" there, so that's of minimal help. - I think the policy is that when available, the image should represent something's "primary" medium. (Which is why, perhaps oddly, our image at The Doctor's TARDIS is from the black-and-white era.) I think at this point, for Giles, this is still video — he appeared in two video stories and one prose story — but I'm unsure if, and if so, when, that would change as P.R.O.B.E. switches over to prose as its primary method of new releases. I mean, we don't use illustrations from Big Finish or the EDAs as the page image for Eighth Doctor. I'm not opposed to have Bill Baggs's face there, anyway, if the Wiki can find a way to do so.

- (Note for clarity: as I happened to have nonzero influence on the making of Shadows of Doubt, I am restraining from editing this page myself, and especially from making a judgement call about whether to use a screencap from Shadows of Doubt.
