I think you'll find that the actual German wiki — that is, the one at [[w:c:de.doctorwho]] — hasn't actually grown. You may be talking about what the following poster is referring to. The threshold on being in that section was originally 25 articles. I think the wording may have been tampered with, maybe even by me! I'll fix that wording.
