Page namingEdit

It says that the page should be merged because "it's not Clara's TARDIS". However, if we go by that logic, then we should move "The Doctor's TARDIS" because it's not his TARDIS either. - to me 23:53, December 7, 2015 (UTC)

He's got a point, by that standard we should call them TARDIS (An Unearthly Child), TARDIS (The Time Meddler), TARDIS (Terror of the Autons) and TARDIS (The Mark of the Rani). Clara's TARDIS (The American Retro Diner In Space) is more descriptive.

This is different as it's only been featured for one episode so the title should refer to the episode it featured not the person who used it. Also, the Doctor's TARDIS is the prominent TARDIS of the show so he does own it and it has appeared in practically every episode. Snivystorm 17:13, December 11, 2015 (UTC)
It's not different. We've been naming TARDISes after the people who use them, even if they only appear for a single story, going back to 2011: Astrolabus' TARDIS (page created by User:Skittles the hog in 2011), The Valeyard's TARDIS (created by User:MrThermomanPreacher in 2012), Omega's TARDIS (created by User:Steed in 2013), Goth's TARDIS (created by User:Steed in 2014). In that case, Do we keep this page or the other ones? Snivystorm 13:26, December 13, 2015 (UTC)
This page. As mentioned above, not assigning ownership to the TARDIS goes against every previous decision made on the wiki. Clara's TARDIS is the accurate title. KingOrokos 17:34, January 9, 2016 (UTC)
