Removal of cleanup tag[]
I removed the cleanup tag and stub tag largely because I couldn't immediately see anything terribly wrong with the article. It's not possessed of hugely bad grammar or anything. And I'm not really sure what Tangerineduel meant by his note that "it's not integrated with this wiki". Not saying he's wrong, just that the comment is sort of amorphous. I've just been through this page and had a bit of a clean up, and sorted out the various sections. I have also cut down the number of bullet points crediting Buffy as an influence, they all make the same single point, but I have left several references.
I have also removed the points talking about The Zeppo/Love & Monsters, and the dialogue in School Reunion as I can't find any specific sources. I have found several other sites crediting the Zeppo link to "Russell T Davies's “Production Notes: Doodles in the Margins of Time” © BBC 2007", but I cannot find anything about this in order to verify it, or provide a sufficent link.
