The Doctor's TARDIS contained a cheese factory.
After Strax and the Time Shark spent several days searching for a Rutan that infiltrated the TARDIS, they located it in the cheese factory. Strax threw an explosive at the factory, reducing the building to a charred husk and filling the surrounding field with melted cheese. (COMIC: The Adventures of Strax & the Time Shark)
