Stingray Goes Overland was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article instead made reference to the Stingray content in the issue with a smaller piece tying-in to the Thunderbirds comic story Solar Danger, which was a crossover with the DWU.

  • A United Network helicopter crew are at present making salvage explorations at the site. A manned diving probe lowered by the helicopter has been severed from its parent craft and the Marineville order for immediate evacuation means the search for the diver must be called off.
  • Sven Martens, deputy Press Attache to the World Senate, has appealed to the press to not overplay the causes of the earthquakes and eruptions all over the planet.
  • TV 21 thinks that a fuller statement from the World Government is neccesary in light of the fact International Rescue are worried enough to be considering a desperate solo attempt to locate the root of the trouble.
