The Spar was Mavic Chen's spaceship, occasionally referred to as the Spar 7-40, and was manned by Technix.
In 4000, Bret Vyon, Steven Taylor, the First Doctor and Katarina took it over on Kembel and used it to get back to Earth, landing near Central City. It was not seen again. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)
