Rory uses the Sonic Screw Driver on the Sonic probe.
The Sonic Probe was a device used by the future Amy Pond. It had the ability to re-wire the Handbots, and the Doctor later took control of it in order to help bring the two Amy's together. During the later, Amy admitted it was a Sonic Screwdriver. (DW: The Girl Who Waited)
